Stress Awareness

Join us for this online event to learn about stress, stress relief techniques and taking control of your stressors.

About the session

This session will focus on the impact of stress on our daily lives and how to start identifying stressors in ourselves and others. Attendees will learn how to overcome stressful situations and use stress relief techniques.

Session Objectives:

• Understand the mental and physical impact of stress

• Learn how to identify stressors in yourself and others

• Learn how to reduce the impact of stress

• Learn how to use stress relief strategies

Session will be delivered by Zofia Zukowska, Wellbeing Service Advisor. Zofia is supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of staff and volunteers of third sector organisations throughout Glasgow through delivering training sessions and identifying wellbeing needs.

Non-GCVS Members – £30 per delegate

GCVS Members – £20 per delegate (discount code PSS-ONE-THIRD-OFF)

(Delegate information will be checked to ensure discount code applicable, if used)

The day before the event we will send you a Zoom invitation. Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your convenience before the day of the event.
