Classes are only open to staff and volunteers of third sector organisations delivering services in and around Glasgow
Mindfulness is the ability to stay present and aware of our surroundings. With mindfulness practice, we can gain insight into our own minds and learn how to take charge of our thoughts and feelings, increase patience and reduce stress.
In this session Patricia will introduce you to mindfulness and explore meditation techniques to help you relax and gain skills that can be applied anytime you feel overwhelmed or in need of tranquillity.
Patricia is a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT500) by the Yoga Alliance and a Zen Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher certified by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association (IMTA).
Once signed up to this event we will send you a Zoom invitation in due course. Note that you will be required to register with Zoom before you can join. This is a free and simple process but does take a few minutes. Please do this at your convenience before the day of the event.
