Employability Policy Work and UK Shared Prosperity Fund

We work with a number of organisations in Glasgow that offer employability support to individuals of all ages, either as a core function or as an additional option for support.

The employability landscape is fast changing at a Glasgow, Scottish and UK level. Our role at GCVS is to inform the sector, enable participation in policy and practice thinking, and assist in encouraging collaboration. We also have a particular interest in facilitating third sector involvement in the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF).

Employability Network

GCVS also facilitates a network of organisations interested in employability. The network shares information, enables collaboration, consults with organisations and ensures the third sector maximises the employability support on offer across the city.
