This event is completely free and is for you to come along and learn some new strategies to cope in times of stress. We are Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapists and are here to help you to learn something about yourself. This is not group therapy- meaning that we will not be asking you to share personal experiences – if you would like to you are more than welcome. There is absolutely no pressure on anyone it is an opportunity for you to learn things about yourself- what you get out of the course will be an individual experience. Natalie and Nicola will facilitate five sessions which will cover a variety of moods and a variety of examples of unhealthy coping styles when different moods are present and how we can teach ourselves to think more positively and adjust our coping styles.
