About this event
You will create your own star Christmas tree decorations to keep for yourself or gift to a loved one.
This workshop will involve a live demonstration from Hatty Atkins Studio on how to work with jesmonite as a casting material. You will then create your own star template, mix and pour the material in a colour of your choice. Then allowing the material to cure in the session with a light sand and seal in time to take your decorations home at the end.
Hosted By Hatty Atkins – a designer/maker based in Glasgow with a MA in product design and a BA in Decorative Art. Hatty creates unique homewares to brighten up your home, from jewellery dishes to incense holders. Inspired by shapes and pops of colour found in Glasgow’s industrial landscape.
