As part of Glasgow City Health and Social Care Partnership’s Strategic Plan 2016-19, they have reduced their fourteen Statements of Best Practice (SOBPs) which were previously launched, to seven.

The aim of the statements was to clarify the roles of housing, health, social care and other organisations across the city (e.g. the Police) across a number of themes.


The seven SOBPs are now as follows:


These SOBPs are particularly directed at Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), however organisations within the wider Third Sector in Glasgow may also find them useful.

Essential Connections Forums and the Homelessness Planning Groups will review these statements biannually.
