The Scottish Government is to provide £100m of funding to support health and social care integration across Scotland.  Glasgow will receive a £13m shared of the fund which will allow the city to fund projects that provide prevention and early intervention in order to keep people out of hospital and in their communities for longer.  GCVS has prepared a briefing about the Integrated Care Fund, updated in November 2014, which sets out the background to the fund and how partners intend to use it in Glasgow.
