Understanding Your Customer

Your customer is your most important asset but as the world moves online and trading practices change, do we know them as well as we once did?
This session will help you to refocus your communication efforts to make sure that the messages you are sending are relevant to those that receive them and provide you with tools to build a better understanding of who you customer is.
We will explore the idea of knowing your customer and help to build a new understanding of who your customer is and how this can be applied to your marketing. We will think about how to define your customer using customer personas, how to find your customer using customer journey mapping, and how to reach your customer using marketing communications.
This session is for you if;
• You want to find out more about how to connect with your customer base
• Have seen a change in your customer maybe from moving online or from the impact of COVID-19
• You work for a voluntary sector group, charity or social enterprise
