This event is being hosted jointly by SAMH and the GCVS Everyone’s Children project.
Are you a community group or charity working with young people in Glasgow or Lanarkshire and would like support on mental wellbeing?
SAMH’s Let’s TALK project offers free workshops on a range of topics that are designed around 5 Ways to Wellbeing. Let’s Talk aims to raise awareness around mental health issues as well as signpost people to local support services.
This workshop provides an introduction to the work of the SAMH and Let’s TALK project and using the 5 Ways to Wellbeing as a means to open up conversations around mental health and a tool to identity local support services and promote self care.
