Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please bring along your ticket on the day – this can be on your mobile device or a printed ticket. This will allow for a smoother registration.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

If someone will be attending in your place, please send an email to albanyinfo@gcvs.org.uk to let us know in advance.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Albany is conveniently situated for St George’s Cross Subway station and there is metered on-street parking outside the building. See GCVS website for transport details.

Can I cancel?

Full refund up to 21days prior to course. 50% refund up to 14days prior to course. No refund for less than 14days cancellation.
