Changes to the Disclosure System
The
ROA 2009 amends the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exclusions and

as part of their normal duties. Guidance on changes to the Disclosure System are available here.

- The personal and social factors that influence these constructions of religious meaning and religious identity;
- How religious meanings are shaped by intergenerational relations and how understandings of religion differ between young people and their guardians.
