Handling Difficult Situations
Cost: £115 members, £165 non-members

This course helps delegates become more confident in handling the difficult situations that arise when working with people in the workplace; including conflict of ideas, clashes of personalities, aggressive behaviour and cooperative behaviour. It is an interactive course with time for personal reflection, discussion and analysing case studies.

Aim
This is a practical course that helps delegates become more confident in handling difficult situations.

At the end of the course we would expect delegates to have:

  • Enhanced self awareness and their role in difficult situations
  • More confidence to deal with difficult situations
  • An appreciation that conflict of ideas might be healthy for organisational growth
  • An enhanced appreciation of others and their views of the world
  • Tools and techniques to help them stay clam, communicate effectively and retain their self respect and dignity
