Training New Board Members

Our Board is missing something.

Is it you?

We know that having a strong management committee is one of the most important long term factors for being a healthy organisation.

We know that management committees are often stronger when they have a few well trained members and also a mix of volunteers from different areas and backgrounds.

But, across Glasgow, there is a shortage of management committee members in voluntary sector organisations.

Healthy Organisations has designed a programme which will recruit, develop and place new management committee members who will join and volunteer with the organisations.

All you need is enthusiasm.
