Equalities
Equalities within GCVS
Equalities
is one of GCVS's core organisational values.
All staff are kept up to date with and developed according to the latest
equalities guidelines.
GCVS runs an internal Equalities Working Group that meets monthly to monitor, review and comment on equality issues within GCVS. The group meets with external organisations in order to encourage links between GCVS and equalities organisations in the city, learn from groups that have expertise in specific areas, and consider joint working.
