FREE Managment Consultancy

The Cranfield Trust is a charity providing free management consultancy for charities and social enterprise groups involved in issues of poverty, disability or social exclusion.

Volunteers donate their time and expertise to support the voluntary sector, providing advice and mentoring on a wide range of issues to improve management effectiveness, such as:

• Reviewing business plans
• Developing common cost definitions to help collaboration and joint tendering
• Facilitating Board, senior team and merger discussions
• Updating HR policies and reviewing organisation structures
• Mentoring Directors and Chief Executives
• Supporting feasibility studies for new activities

The Scottish register holds 100 volunteer consultants from the commercial sector who give their time free to work with voluntary sector clients - so if you are interested in having some management advice and support please get in touch - they would be pleased to hear from you.
