| Event details | Administration SVQs are based on standards developed by the Council for Administration (CfA), based in England. They represent a wide variety of people working in a broad range of occupations within the business and administration areas. The Business Administration SVQs are aimed at candidates working in an office environment. There are two levels available. Level 2 is aimed at office juniors, receptionists.
