Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your training place within 10 working days of the event you will incur full course fees. Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 working days before the training event.

Courses are subject to cancellation if there are insufficient bookings to make a course viable and we will advise you approximately one week prior to the start date of the course.
