Who Can Access This?

Organisations must be referred to the contract by an area CHCP or CPP funding officer. City-wide organisations are required to complete a citywide self-referral form which is assessed by the Healthy Organisation Steering group.

Healthy Organisations supports small and medium voluntary sector organisations with a focus on health and regeneration.
