Disclosure Scotland is the body that governs and processes all Disclosure requests. On the site you will find lots of useful information about the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme

The Central Registered Body in Scotland (CRBS) was established by the Scottish Government to provide free Disclosures for volunteers in the voluntary sector in Scotland working with children, young people and adults at risk.

The Equality and Human Rights Commission website provides information and advice for organisations and employees on all aspects of equalities and human rights.
