• Capacity Building is all about strengthening capability – it is the process of building the potential of voluntary organisations to respond to the needs of the community they serve.
• The Employers' Advice Service offers advice, information and briefing sessions on every aspect of being or becoming an employer.
• The Mainstreaming Equalities programme aims to ensure that your organisation is aware of everything it needs to mainstream good equalities practice into everything it does.
