Hire the Albany

The Albany is equipped to host events - anything from an 90-strong conference to a small meeting in comfortable and sympathetic surroundings.

Facilities

The Albany Centre has been designed to provide conference, training, seminar and meeting rooms, and exhibition space. All rooms are light, airy and fully equipped and their furniture can be arranged to meet your needs.

The Woodlands Suite, for example, is a bright and comfortable space that seats 90 people, ideal for medium-sized conferences, AGMs, committee-meetings or lectures.

For slightly smaller events, our Conference Room can hold up to 60 people comfortably.

We have three other hire spaces available all of which can be hired individually or used as breakout space.

The Albany also boasts a state of the art IT Training Room for up to 12 people.

We also have a bright and cheerful cafe where your delegates can have a coffee or lunch.

Costs

We know that budgets are tight, so we won't stretch yours!

Hire costs range from £110 for a full day for a room holding up to 20 people.The Woodlands Suite holds 90 people in comfort and costs £320, with GCVS members entitled to a 20% discount on these rates. We are also happy to discuss special rates for block bookings.

Member Summer Offer 2010
For a limited time only, our members will receive a further 20% off the cost of hiring our facility. That brings total reductions for members to 40%. Act fast, as this offer ends on 31 August.
