Complaints Procedure

GCVS is committed to offering high quality services to its members, partners and stakeholders.
We work hard to improve those services on an ongoing basis.


If you have received a service from GCVS which did not meet your expectations, then we would like to hear from you.

There are several ways you can let us know if you received poor service.

We appreciate feedback on all our work and hope that you will let us know when we provide services which hit the mark as well as those which fall a little short.
