We are currently looking to recruit for the following post:

Everyone’s Children Project: Development Worker

Working hours: Full time 35 hours per week (Mondays to Fridays)
Responsible to: Everyone’s Children Project Manager
Salary: £21,791 per annum (pro rata)
Term:Fixed Term to 31 March 2020 (may be extended depending on funding)
Location: GCVS

Working as part of our External Affairs Division, the primary function of the role will be to support the Everyone’s Children project but it will also provide generic support for the broader work of the External Affairs Division.  The post holder will support Everyone’s Children Project Manager by providing development and administrative support including: Researching updates in policy and practice, Supporting the City-wide Children, Young People and Families Forum meetings, Supporting research on the needs and issues in the sector among other duties as stated in the JD. Applicants should have excellent research, analytical, organisational and written communication skills and able to build rapport and work with people from a wide range of backgrounds. Experience of general office administration and up-to-date IT skills in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and database software are also essential.
