Scottish Government Secondment Opportunity – Getting it right for every child (GIRFEC) Implementation Adviser (Third Sector)
Applications are invited from those with considerable experience at managerial level in a third sector environment to fill a secondment position within the Scottish Government (Children and Families Directorate: Children’s Rights and Wellbeing Division). The successful candidate will play a central role at the heart of the Scottish Government’s implementation of Getting it right for every child (GIRFEC) within children’s and adult services in third sector services. The post will be required to maintain close links with the wide range of strategic national stakeholders to progress the implementation of the GIRFEC approach across the third sector in Scotland.
The secondment will be for a 12 month period from May 2015 or soon thereafter, based at an SG office to be agreed. The Scottish Government may give consideration to a shorter period in agreement with the secondee and their host organisation.
