Host your event at the Albany

The Albany Learning and Conference Centre is owned and operated by GCVS to provide the support, facilities and services that the 900-plus voluntary organisations in Glasgow have told us they need.

The Albany is also equipped to host events - anything from a 100-strong conference to a small meeting in comfortable and sympathetic surroundings.

Facilities

The Albany Centre has been designed to provide conference, training , seminar and meeting rooms, and exhibition space. All rooms are light, airy and fully equipped and their furniture can be arranged to meet your needs. For anything between two and a hundred people we have a space that you can hire.

Our Conference Room is a bright and comfortable space that seats seventy people, ideal for medium-sized conferences, AGMs, committee-meetings or lectures.

Other rooms can be hired individually or used as breakout spaces for your conference. Our training spaces can individually hold between 18 and 30 people, and can also be combined to host events for up to 100 guests.

There is also a cosy meeting room for up to six people.

Costs

We know budgets are tight, so we won't stretch yours.

The top-rate for hiring the Albany for GCVS members is only £360 for full day – around £4 per delegate. £10 an hour hires the Meeting Space.
