The Albany Learning and Conference Centre is a dedicated development centre for Glasgow’s Third Sector. The Albany opened in 2008 and is owned, operated and managed by Glasgow Council for the Voluntary Sector.

At the Albany Centre, GCVS provides training and customised learning delivered by Third Sector experts and tailored to meet the needs of staff, managers, volunteers and Board members.


The Albany is a welcoming venue for meetings, events and conferences. Our rooms are all light, airy and fully equipped and can be arranged to meet your needs. And our professional, welcoming staff will be available before your event and on the day to make sure that everything goes perfectly!
